Local Animal Shelters

Ellicott City is home to the wonderful Small Miracles Cat and Dog Rescue.

Small Miracles works save animals from high kill shelters around the country, and find them forever homes in Howard County.

They are a non-profit organization with a huge team of knowledgable volunteers.

The president, Moira Liskovec, started Small Miracles back in 2006 and they have helped over 20,000 animals since! Wow!
